This EBS control unit is designed for use with selected Renault Trucks braking systems and is an ideal replacement for a faulty or damaged EBS ECU, subject to compatibility with the vehicle and existing EBS system.

  • We are a VAT registered company, all our prices exclude VAT (unless stated in the item description) and a VAT invoice is given. We accept the following payment methods: Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Bank Transfer and PayPal.
  • Orders up to £250.00 can be paid through PayPal. We can only accept PayPal for orders over £250.00 in special circumstances.
 
Terms and Conditions of Warranty
  • We pride ourselves on our customer service and satisfaction, and only want happy customers who will come back and purchase from us again.
  • All parts where possible are tested and checked in house and we offer a 30 day warranty on all our parts, this covers the parts only from malfunction, we cannot accept parts for return if incorrectly purchased.
  • We do not cover return carriage.
  • We do not cover labour costs or consequential loss involved with the fitting or removal of any parts.
  • All our items are securely marked for identification purposes.
 
Shipping Details
  • Items ordered on Monday-Thursday will be delivered the next working day once payment has been received. Items that are ordered on Friday morning will be delivered for Monday. Orders on Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on Monday for Tuesday delivery.
  • If you require a Saturday or Sunday delivery, or sent to the Scottish Highlands, Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland or abroad, please contact us as these will cost more to deliver.
  • We can also provide an economy service, please contact us for a quote.
  • Alternatively, you are welcome to arrange delivery yourself or collect the item from us. If you want to do this, please let us know.
 
Postage and Payment
  • Once cleared funds are received, all our parts are securely wrapped and sent via a reputable courier which can be tracked online. If you would like a tracking number to track your delivery, please contact us.
  • Sales invoices must be enclosed with any returns.
  • All exchanged parts returned must be clean and free from fluids and properly packaged to avoid damage.
  • Items not meeting these requirements will forfeit any surcharge refund, or a charge will be levied if no surcharge is due.
  • Parts correctly supplied and then refunded are subject to a 20% handling charge and only a credit note will be issued.
  • No delivery charges will be refunded.
  • No refunds/credits will be given on electrical components, body panels or parts that have been tampered with.
  • Faulty parts will be replaced. If no replacement is available, only then a refund will be issued.
  • No parts are accepted for refunds, exchange or credit after 30 days.
