That’s the latest project finished and handed over!
Over the past few months we have been busy extending one of our T-High 520 tag axle tractor units into a 5.6m rigid.
This legitimate conversion has been carefully extended to a factory specification, now heading to a customer in Scotland.

Our Last T-High 520 Tag Axle

It was sunny yesterday in Holmfirth so we took the rare opportunity to photograph our last T-High 520 tag axle.
This example is going to a customer who required a vehicle to replace his ageing Magnum.
Our customer had never driven a Range T before and was impressed with the Voith retarder and the quality of the RHD conversion.

Last month Pickford Contracting Ltd took delivery of one of our T-High 520 tag axle units.
A rear lift axle and high-power output was key for the customer due to frequently visiting muddy farmyards and tight spaces.

The first of our T-High 520 conversions has been handed over to our customer today after painting.
We have fitted 295/60 tyres on the lift axle at the request of Mr Customer.
A before picture has been added so the difference can be seen.

This T-High has been carefully chosen because of the excellent spec, which consists of front air suspension, Voith hydraulic retarder, twin wheel tag axle and full PTO capability.

This T-High has had all the option boxes ticked including brown leather seats and a Voith retarder.

Today we delivered this Renault T-High 440 to a customer that required a big cab rigid.
We sourced, converted to RHD and tested this truck to suit Mr Customer perfectly.

Everything from sourcing the truck, LHD to RHD conversion and fabricating the distinctive blue body was done by us.

Not once, twice but three times!
This is the third T-High we have converted to RHD, the first one being in 2016 (the black one).
This one is equipped with the 13L 520bhp engine and air suspension all round.
